ABOUT PRE-ORDERING
WHY PRE-ORDERing?
We take your order, make your product, and deliver it directly from Japan. This approach helps us to eliminate waste in offering you great products at a great value equal to Japanese/local price points or even lower for some products. We also participate ecologically in saving our earth.
Each of our product is meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans with the highest level of craftsmanship. Therefore, our production is very limited and we do not carry large inventory, so we ask for your support in bringing our products to you.
Our brands/manufacturers are long-established and very reliable. We are confident to deliver the highest quality products to you in a timely manner.

WHEN IS YOUR CAMPAIGN DELIVERY DATE?
The estimated delivery date is indicated on each campaign page.
Production process usually takes 2 to 8 weeks to complete. If anything unexpected happens, we will inform you immediately.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ORDERS ARE NOT ENOUGH FOR PRODUCTION?
Our brands are very flexible for minimum order so it is very rare that we do not receive the minimum production number. However, in case minimum production number is not achieved, you will be receiving a refund for sure.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CHOOSE WRONG SIZE?
All of our products are made in very limited production with no inventory, so we cannot guarantee that we will have the right size for you to exchange. However, we will be happy to offer you a size exchange if we have your size to exchange. (We will ask you to pay additional shipping costs to resend the exchange pair.) You will need to contact us within 7 days after receiving your order if you need a size exchange and shipping charge is not refundable.

Do YOU ACCEPT A RETURN OR CANCELLATION?
With our unique business nature, you support us in achieving our campaign with the products being made based on your order. So we will not be able to accept returns for refund. Also, since we have to place the material orders immediately after the campaign has finished, we will not be able to accept a cancellation once the campaign has ended.
ABOUT DELIVERY
Do you ship internationally and where do you ship the products from?
Yes, we ship to most countries, but you can always contact us or email us at [email protected] to check about a certain destination. Most of the products will be shipped directly from Japan.
What about shipping cost?
Most of our products are shipped from Japan. For international customers, we need to ask you for shipping + handling costs.
The customers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or fees that may apply when your shipment arrives, based on your country's laws and regulations

- Shipping methods may change. If any changes are necessary, we will make sure to inform you immediately.
- Please double check your billing and shipping address when filling out your order form. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
- Customs: Delays may happen when shipping internationally as each country has their own customs regulations.
- Unforeseen events: Although extremely unlikely, if anything unexpected happens, we will make sure you are the first to know.
