The expected delivery date of the jeans will be October 2018. All your jeans will be dispatched from Japan to your doors.
Why does it take so long for the jeans to get to me?
Every pair of jeans is carefully hand-crafted in our factory in Japan. To ensure we deliver the most high-quality jeans to your door, our craftsmen need to meticulously craft the jeans one by one.
When will I get charged for the jeans?
You will be charged a day after the conclusion of the campaign, on July 24, 2018. All of your payment information goes through Celery’s secure checkout system, and we will not receive any of your payment information.
What would happen if the campaign does not meet the goal?
If in any case the campaign does not achieve the minimum orders needed, you will not be charged and the jeans will not be dispatched.
Do you offer any women’s sizes?
We unfortunately do not have any women sizes for this campaign, but it is a good fit for women who prefer a sleek slim tapered style.
Do you offer any customization or hemming services?
We unfortunately do not offer any customization on these jeans. Our standard inseam for this denim is 33.5inches, and we do offer hemming to 32 and to 30 inches for a charge of 15 USD.
WHAT HAPPENS IF WE CHOOSE THE WRONG SIZE?
The products for our campaign are made-to-order and are limited production with no inventory, and we cannot guarantee that we will have the right sizes for you to exchange. So, please read carefully our sizing guide to order the right size for you. We recommend you to measure your own jeans to compare it with our sizing chart.
We generally recommend you choose the bigger size if you are stuck between two sizes, as KOJIMA GENES denim is usually smaller than the US standard size. If you ever need any consultation on what size to choose, please do not hesitate to contact us!
DO YOU ACCEPT A RETURN OR CANCELLATION?
You support us to create the products for you, and our products are made to order and we have no inventory, so we will not be able to accept returns for refund. We need to place the material orders immediately after the campaign has finished, so we will not be able to accept a cancellation once funds are collected.
