FOR CUSTOMERS FROM THE US & CANADA: All orders can be shipped as there are no restrictions currently in place. *PLEASE NOTE: Normally we ship orders to you directly from Japan using Japan Post, but during this postal service restriction, we will first get your item from Japan to the US using a logistics service, and transfer it to your door from San Francisco.
FOR CUSTOMERS FROM EUROPE & ASIA: There are NO RESTRICTIONS on the UK, Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, South Korea, and Taiwan, but please understand that there may be a delay.
FOR CUSTOMERS FROM ALL OTHER COUNTRIES: There is a chance that air shipments by Japan Post are currently being restricted to your country, so please consult us before you place an order.

Update on COVID-19, 4/15/2020
We hopes that everyone has been safe and healthy during this unprecedented time. This is definitely a first for all of us, and we are doing our best to get through this. With everyone working together, let's all hope we can return back to our normal lives soon.
While we prioritize the health of our team including the manufacturer's workers and staff from our brands in Japan, we will continue to work hard in bringing you the highest quality clothing to connect people universally. All of our brands, manufacturers, and factories in Japan are not big companies experiencing hard time because of this situation. We will keep trying our best to carry on, so we would really appreciate your support.
